A Festive Christmas Feast in a Manor Setting, Showcasing Traditional Homemade Specialties!
As the holiday season approaches and festive trees illuminate the winter darkness, we invite you to experience a lavish Christmas table at Elisefarm. Savor classic Swedish favorites, all carefully prepared from scratch, while decorated trees and festive accents in both the banquet hall and orangery create a truly magical holiday ambiance.
On the Christmas Table
Our spread features an extensive selection of house-pickled herring and our own smoked salmon. We also present a variety of ham and sausages made from beef, game, and pork, complemented by flavorful condiments. Among the hot dishes, you’ll find veal meatballs, succulent ribs, and the traditional Swedish dish "Janssons Frestelse". We serve homemade bread and an array of Christmas cheeses, for a sweet finale -indulge in delights such as ris à la Malta and rocky road.
