Lemon and garlic roasted veal loin with green asparagus, butter- and chive-tossed new potatoes, pepper emulsion, truffle jus, and Parmesan and pumpkin crisps
Muscovado caramelized brioche with strawberry sorbet, elderflower gel, strawberries, and browned butter vanilla cream
