Nils Molinder is one of Sweden’s most renowned chefs when it comes to fish and seafood. Among other ventures, he runs the legendary Wedholms Fisk in Stockholm, a classic restaurant that was recently awarded DI’s prestigious title “Business Restaurant of the Year 2025.” He is also part of Melanders, where the same focus on ingredients and quality permeates everything from the fish counter to the overall dining experience.
Many people recognize Nils from his appearance on “Kockarnas kamp” (Swedish Chef of the Year competition show), and he is a frequent guest on “Nyhetsmorgon,” where he shares his cooking and culinary expertise.
