Enjoy seasonal dishes prepared from scratch using local ingredients, where classic flavors meet creativity in a rustic manor house setting. Our buffet offers everything from cold cuts and hot dishes to cheeses, fruits, desserts, and pancakes. During the Easter weekend, we also present our popular chocolate fountain – a favorite among both young and old. The brunch is served in our grand banquet hall, the orangery, and on the outdoor terrace when the weather allows.
